This product has been developed to improve the post-decoration resistance performance of the inks normally used for digital decoration for all materials associated or similar to the glass family.
The application on glass is a complex application as a whole so we recommend to respect the product requirements
Features:
Two-component epoxy resin-based product particularly suitable to give a covering finish on decorated glass or with a uniform background. Can also be used on metallic effect products.
Usage and mode:
- The mode of application on this type of surface provides one or more coats of product evenly distributed with airbrush, Muchcolours recommends the use of AirPaint Muchcolours with 1.5 mm nozzle.
- In alternativa il prodotto può essere distribuito con tecnica serigrafica utilizzando un telaio a 77 fili.
- Il prodotto dovrà essere additivato con del catalizzatore al 10%, il post trattamento prevede una reticolazione accelerata mediante forno 160° per 15 minuti oppure 12 ore temperatura ambiente. Raccomandiamo sempre l’utilizzo di maschera, guanti, occhiali ecc…
