This product has been developed to improve the adhesion performance of the inks normally used for digital decoration for all materials that can be associated or assimilated to the high grammage polyamide family, in fact, it is recommended for materials with a grammage greater than 150 gr.
Features:
The product after cross-linking significantly increases both the gloss of the material and its resistance to rubbing both dry and wet.
Use:
- The mode of application on this type of surface provides one or more coats of product evenly distributed with airbrush, Muchcolours recommends the use of AirPaint Muchcolours with 1.5 mm nozzle.
- alternatively the product can also be applied with screen printing technique we recommend a frame of at least 77 wires up to a maximum of 120 wires.
After application, cross-linking can be accelerated using a drying system such as Vulkano Muchcolours.
The product is a water-based product so the dilution can be done by adding water.
